§ 136.01. USE OF WATER SALESPERSON TO FILL CONTAMINATED TANKS.
Latest version.
(A) No person who uses a water salesperson shall have that person fill tanks that have been contaminated with chemicals or other hazardous materials.
(B) Any person who violates any provision of division (A) above shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined $500.
