§ 50.040. CONNECTIONS TO MEET CITY REGULATIONS.

(A) All sewer connections shall be made under such regulations as the city may establish. Failure to effect such connection is hereby declared to be unlawful and shall constitute a nuisance.
(B) All taps and connections to the water mains and sewers of the city shall be made by and/or under the direction and supervision of the manager.
